Angela Kay "Angie" Everhart (born September 7, 1969) is an American actress and model who got her start posing in Victoria's Secret ads as well as in several Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues in the 1990s (1992, 1994, 1995 and 1996). She also posed nude for Playboy in 2000.
Angie Everhart is from Akron, Ohio, where her father was an engineer. At the age of 17, Angie began her modeling career with the Karin model agency in Paris. She quickly became a cover model for the top fashion magazines such as Glamour and Elle. However, unfortunately Angie broke her back at the age of 19, which interrupted her career and required intensive physical therapy. She eventually came back better than ever.

Angie has a son, Kayden Bobby Everhart. She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, but beat it. This did cause her severe financial difficulties. Famous for her flaming red hair, Angie won the 2006 and 2010 championships for the Super-Hair World Cup. Angie Everhart continues to model and is represented in London by Models 1 and in New York by New York Model Management.
Angie recently battled thyroid cancer. Her treatment and recovery was closely followed in the press. She admitted that she "blew up" because of the effects of the disease (she gained 25 pounds, which doesn't sound like "blowing up" to me, but then, I'm not a world famous model/actress/celebrity). She states that she recovered completely from the disease, and also about some cosmetic surgery to repair the effects of the disease. She now appears back to her normal, vibrant self.
